Everyone in a team is essential. It’s just a matter of finding the right role for the right person, so that each individual can thrive. For example, it’s not always obvious that the founder should be the CEO. Many times, there are other individuals in the team who are better suited for that role. Once the team is in place, I aim to create psychological safety within the team. Everything I do is aimed at helping people get to know themselves, enjoy their work, and grow. I look forward to meeting many driven entrepreneurs and innovative startups during the project’s three years.
