Movexum AB primarily collects data directly from you. Examples of personal data we collect include your name, contact details such as mobile phone number, email address, or physical address. Other information that may be stored by us includes organization name, organization number, and website. We are required by Sweden’s innovation agency Vinnova to maintain statistics on our companies, so the following information may also be collected:
Movexum AB records personal data in connection with:
1. Registering your idea that has been submitted to us.
2. When you fill in your email address or mobile phone number in our interest form on our website.
3. When we contact you via email or phone.
4. If you contact us via email, phone, our websites, or social media.
5. If you subscribe to our newsletter.
How We Use the Collected Information
Movexum AB processes personal data mainly for the purposes stated below and for any additional purposes specified at the time of collection:
1. To carry out the operations assigned to us by Region Gävleborg as the region’s business incubator.
2. To provide good customer service, such as handling your inquiries, correcting incorrect information, or sending information you have requested, e.g., newsletters.
3. For marketing purposes, both general and targeted.
4. To conduct market research.
5. For system administration and to generate statistical data about our companies.
6. To send you information and marketing via email or other digital channels such as social media when you have an active customer relationship with us.
7. To contact you via email or post about other offers, campaigns, or services that we believe may be of interest (note that you can opt-out of this marketing at any time).
8. To provide you with relevant recommendations, offers, and tips based on what we believe may interest you.
Information That May Be Disclosed
We compile and provide statistics to our clients for the purpose of fulfilling our assignment, and upon request, to authorities such as Vinnova. If we are running a project, information about participating companies and related statistics may be disclosed to project funders in accordance with the funding requirements. However, we always maintain high security and confidentiality when handling personal data.
Movexum AB aims to collaborate with partners who process personal data within the EU/EEA or with companies that uphold the same level of protection as within the EU/EEA, for example by being a participant in the Privacy Shield agreement between the EU and the USA.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the user agent string of the browser to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if you are registered there. The privacy policy for the Gravatar service can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be displayed publicly alongside your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website address in cookie files. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in these details again the next time you write a comment. These cookie files will last for one year.
