Growth and Scaling Through AI

Growth and scaling with AI (GSAI) is an integrated program designed to help companies expand their global presence while leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to enhance efficiency and profitability. Through a series of workshops, travel to chosen market, investor contact and business coaching, participants will gain valuable insights into international market strategies and receive hands-on training on integrating AI tools into their business operations. 

 

The project approach is built on four work packages integrated to each other.

4) Growth Convergence

Market Discovery, AI Development, Coaching, and Founder to founder support are integrated into the project. 

In the Central Baltic area, the use of new digital services and technologies and product development lags, because companies do not know or are not able to use their data in a business-relevant way and this problem may increase with the advent of AI tools and technologies and the importance of access to or ownership of proprietary data.  

In addition, market demands, and competition will increasingly require that scaleup companies augment their value propositions and business model with AI in order to be competitive internationally. Overall, implementing AI enables companies to unlock new opportunities, drive innovation, and stay ahead in today’s fast-paced and competitive business landscape, thereby accelerating their growth trajectory. Maintaining competitiveness through digitization will require renewing business models, and the innovation of new digital business models becomes crucial. 

GSAI combines validated scaleup internationalization (methods from NB Scale) with the development of AI augmented value proposition and business models to ensure international competitiveness for startups/scaleups. 

The main outputs of the GSAI project are: 

  • 45 scaled up companies with AI driven value propositions and business models 
  • raised awareness 
  • the participation of many more growth companies for basic level AI training
