Private individuals often find it difficult to understand and make use of the financial information provided by housing associations in connection with a sale. This can leave buyers with an insufficient basis for their decision and create uncertainty in the purchasing process.
To address this, Polletten is developing a digital service designed to provide buyers with a clear and easy-to-understand analysis of a housing association’s financial situation. The platform helps users quickly assess the association’s resilience to potential fee increases, thereby creating greater confidence ahead of a purchase. The solution acts as a guide, supporting users in interpreting financial information correctly and enabling them to make better-informed decisions.
