Rapid Growth Through Strategic Support

Booiq’s journey has been marked by impressive growth, fueled in part by their participation in the NorthBound Scaleup program. Speaking with Jon, a co-founder at Booiq, we learned how the program helped the company scale its revenue from 60,000 euros to 300,000.

”The growth increased significantly,” Jon remarked, emphasizing the transformative impact of the program. In addition to financial growth, Booiq benefited from expert guidance, innovative business models, and practical exercises that laid the groundwork for their success.

Navigating Cultural Differences

As Booiq expands its global reach, the team has encountered unique cultural challenges.

”The international market looks different from the Swedish one. Therefore, we have learned to adapt to each country and adapt the country to our mission,” Jon explained.

Canada has emerged as Booiq’s largest potential market, with its culture closely mirroring Sweden’s. This familiarity has allowed the company to establish a strong foothold while planning further expansion into the Nordic region by 2026.

Looking Ahead: Investment and Team Building

Booiq’s future plans are ambitious. The company is preparing to onboard 1.5 million euros with new and existing investors to support its next phase of growth. Jon highlighted the critical role of their team, which was strengthened significantly during the scale-up program.

”A good team has helped us along the way,” Jon noted, adding that the program provided them with essential frameworks and exercises to navigate the complexities of scaling a business. As they continue to innovate and expand, Booiq’s mission to revolutionize the industry remains unwavering – making real estate transactions faster, smarter, and more efficient for all stakeholders.
