GSAI – Growth and Scaling through AI

Scale-up Program aimed at helping start-ups in the Central Baltic region to scale up their business through the use of AI applications that expand or improve their value proposition or business model in order to grow in their first or next EU market(s).

The second batch runs from May 18, 2026, to February 3, 2027 – submit your expression of interest now!

1. Scaling Launchpad

 

Start your scale-up journey by defining your AI challenge and identifying key business opportunities. The first sprint ”Scaling Launchpad” will focus on:

  • The art and science of scaling
  • Scalability diagnosis
  • International scale-up strategy formulation – Business Model and Value Proposition
  • Selecting your first (or next) international market

2. AI 101 – An Introduction

 

Welcome to ”AI 101 – An Introduction”! This is an open online event for startups, where we will cover:

  • Fundamentals of AI
  • Overview of requirements
  • Defining your AI challenge

3. AI Studio

 

Begin implementing AI in your business. This sprint will focus on:

  • Advanced AI performance gap analysis
  • Data availability
  • Business Model applications and Value Proposition applications for AI

4. Growth Essentials

 

Target your market and go on a market discovery mission! Third sprint will focus on:

  • Groth hacking
  • Sales
  • Team and team productivity
  • AI progress report

5. Growth Convergence

 

Final sprint! It’s time to scale – and pitch in front of investors. Wrap up your GSAI journey by consolidating your learnings and presenting your business to key stakeholders. This final sprint will focus on:

  • Market discovery learnings and AI development
  • Scale-up planning
  • Pitch to investors
