Growth and Scaling through AI (GSAI), aimed at helping start-ups scale up their business, will be launched in April 2025. The joint initiative by Movexum (Gävle, Sweden), Yrityssalo (Salo, Finland), AI Sweden (Stockholm, Sweden), and Tehnopol (Tallinn, Estonia) offers start-ups help to achieve greater scalability over the course of the entire program as measured by a scalability diagnostic, through an AI augmented value proposition or business model. Participants obtain know-how with respect to the application of AI to business challenges as well as key factors for success for scaling up.
GSAI offers coaching and expert mentoring for each start-up. The start-ups also have the possibility to participate in market discovery missions focused on relevant target markets, and meetings with potential clients, investors, and other relevant players in the target ecosystems.
The programme consists of 8 workshop days. Travel and accommodation costs are covered for 1-2 participants per company for these workshop days.
The programme addresses pre-scale companies and is a preparation for scaleup*.
*OECD defines scale-up as a company with an annual revenue increase of 20% over the past three years and that it has at least 10 employees at the beginning of the three-year period. Movexum considers North Bound scale-up as a preparation for the scale-up phase.
The Swedish project manager for the programme is Movexums business coach and project manager Jini Nälsén.
